Project Brief: Parity Technology Solutions (previously Active Networks) is one of the nation's leading hospitality technology providers.  They were looking to improve their entire process from sales leads to won contracts to installation projects and end-user support.  They had previously been using a combination of spreadsheets, word documents and Salesforce.  The Salesforce interface made user adoption difficult and the cost to bring the remainder of the process into the application would have been expensive.


We customized Zoho CRM to fit their business needs, migrated their data from Salesforce.  Next we integrated CRM with Zoho Projects so that when a deal was sold an implementation project could be tracked and delivered.  Once the project was implemented they needed a way of tracking customer service questions.  We migrated them from ZenDesk to Zoho Desk so that all customer service requests were visible in Zoho CRM to their sales, account and project management users.
