Client: ROAR for Good


Project Brief: ROAR helps businesses protect their at-risk workers with wearable panic technology.  They primarily sell their workplace safety solutions to the hospitality and healthcare industries.  


ROAR was looking to consolidate a variety of disparate applications and spreadsheets into a holistic solution.  Zoho Campaigns and Social were set up to drive traffic to their website which was integrated into Zoho CRM to capture leads.  In Zoho CRM we modeled their sales pipeline and custom estimation process.  Zoho Sign was implemented to manage their contracts and Zoho Workdrive for document storage. Next CRM was integrated with Zoho Inventory so that when a deal was won, a Bill of Materials could be created as a Sales Order.  The Sales Order could then be shipped and invoiced.  In the near future we will be implementing and integrating Zoho Projects with CRM and Inventory in order to manage their project installations and Zoho Desk to handle customer service requests.
