Zoho Customer Portal
Client: SB Collectiv
Project Brief: SB Collectiv wanted to be able to give it's clients access to a portal which would allow them to:
- Approve and decline opportunities with B2B partners
- Manage and collaborate on tasks and to do's
- View signed contracts
- Have access to sales reports and dashboards
We used Zoho Creator's Customer Portal feature along with integration into Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics to provide them an easy to use and affordable client portal.
SB Collectiv was also looking to convert it's existing Order Fulfillment application from Microsoft Access to a web-based version which would integrate with their Zoho CRM. We developed a custom Zoho Creator application which they use to manage their gift card fulfillment business from order entry to shipping, billing and activation.
